For a casual evening, take your date for an all-you-can-eat international seafood dinner buffet at Bistro on the Mile. The Bistro’s cross-cultural dining adventure encompasses authentic flavours from around the world, a generous selection of seafood, including cooked prawns with shell, cooked blue mussel, cooked crab, Japan crab leg, half shell lobster, Fresh oyster and Goose liver pate with caviar on toast, 12 different types of sushi and sashimi as well as soups such as lobster bisque with brandy. There are also hot dishes item, such as deep fries soft crab with avocado lime mayonnaise, lobster themidor, pan-fried duck foie gras with caramelized apple, braised fish maw with chicken, stir-fried spring onion & prawn roe with sea cucumber, steamed abalone with tangerine peel, salty prawn with salty egg yolk and Peking duck.
