The Bistro’s cross-cultural dining adventure encompasses authentic flavours from around the world, a generous selection of seafood, including cooked prawns with shell, cooked blue mussel, cooked crab, Japan crab leg, half shell lobster, Fresh oyster and Goose liver pate with caviar on toast, 12 different types of sushi and sashimi as well as soups such as lobster bisque with brandy.
