香港君悅酒店中菜廳港灣壹號主廚陳漢章除了特別設計十二道傳統時令賀年菜式之外,還首次準備十二道以吉祥寓意為名的精選點心,包括:三星拱照﹝三星燒賣:髮菜、蠔豉、鮑魚﹞ 、竹報平安﹝紅麴米蓮藕米網腸粉﹞及金枝玉葉﹝桂花蚌鮮蝦菜苗餃﹞。
新春節慶菜式於2月13日至2月25日午餐及晚時段供應。
One Harbour Road Auspicious Dim Sum 2018 One Harbour Road CNY Special 2018Chef de Cuisine of One Harbour Road, Chan Hong Cheong, is offering guests a seasonal yet authentic auspicious menu of 12 celebratory dishes. This year, other than having a scrumptious dinner, Chef Cheong has prepared 12 kinds of celebratory dim sums for the first time that are named according to the Lunar New Year blessings. Highlights include “Gathering of Luck, Wealth and Life” (steamed pork and shrimp dumplings, abalone, sun-dried oyster, sea moss), “Safety and Peace” (steamed red yeast rice flour rolls, lotus root, turnip and crispy rice paper) and “The Imperial Jade” (steamed shrimp and sea cucumber muscle dumplings with baby spinach).
The seasonal menu is available daily from 13 through 25 February 2018.
