Begin with the tantalizing Scallop with Mango Salad, where the delicate scallop is infused with the amazing sweetness of mango. Move onto the comforting Lobster Seafood Bisque with Puff Pastry, combined the rich flavours of seafood in a creamy bisque, topped with a flaky, golden-brown puff pastry crust.
Prepare your taste buds for the centerpiece of the experience – the Flaming Salt-Baked Seafood Platter. This magnificent creation features a variety of treasures from the sea, including whole lobster, shrimp, crayfish, mussel, clam, scallop, and abalone.
Unlimited servings of exquisite desserts are available on the buffet table, perfect for indulging in “sugarholic” after enjoying the delicious afternoon tea.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, each guest is treated to a complimentary glass of French sparkling wine.
