The Market全新呈獻的4道菜下午茶以時令海鮮入饌並巧妙運用火焰鹽焗，色香味俱全。頭盤是清新鮮甜的芒果帶子沙律，肉質鮮嫩的帶子融入芒果的酸甜滋味；酥皮龍蝦海鮮湯上舖有一層金黃色的香脆酥皮，龍蝦的濃郁鮮味完全融入濃湯當中，是令饕客食指大動的組合。讓您的味蕾做好準備，熱烈迎接 — 火焰鹽焗海鮮拼盤。 這道豐盛的主菜採用了來自海洋的各類珍貴食材，包括原隻龍蝦、蝦、小龍蝦、青口、蜆、扇貝及鮑魚。於享用海鮮主菜後，您亦可享用於自助餐桌上提供無限供應的精選甜品，為下午茶作甜蜜句號。
