暑假是小朋友期待已久的日子，今個暑假，讓他們盡情發揮小宇宙，搖身變成小廚神一展廚藝! 柏景餐廳由7月13日起於下午茶自助餐時段將設有「夏日小廚神」教室，5-11歲惠顧週末下午茶自助餐的小朋友均可免費參與。小朋友除了可細嚐下午茶自助餐的美食，亦可一嘗當酒店小廚師的滋味，體驗不一樣的暑假。
「夏日小廚神」教室於暑假期間，逢星期六及日的下午茶自助餐時段舉行，每班12人，由酒店糕餅師親自示範授課，小「煮」角在專業指導下以不同材料，按部就班地炮製美食，邊煮邊學，培養創造力及耐性。一系列不同主題的烹飪班分別於每周舉行，包括長頸鹿瑞士卷 (芒果味)、香脆蟹棒芝士薯波、牛油曲奇及法式南瓜煙肉洋蔥蛋餅，大功告成後可把自己的專屬作品帶回家與家人分享，更可獲頒由酒店行政總廚簽發的證書乙張。既可體驗烹飪樂趣，又可享用豐富自助餐，好吃又好玩。
下午茶自助餐美饌琳瑯滿目，精選推介包括夏威夷餐肉壽司及象拔蚌壽司、大海灣海鮮燴飯、菠蘿夏威夷果仁撻、夏威夷椰子布甸、超過10款口味的Mövenpick瑞士雪糕及配料，還有冰鎮海鮮、日式刺身及冷麵、自助沙律吧、亞洲風味麵食區、即蒸點心，以及各式精緻甜品，必能令大小朋友捧腹而回。
參加「小廚神 ‧ 大企劃」贏獎品：
參與「夏日小廚神」教室後，小廚神可與完成品合照，把相片上載至個人Facebook帳戶或Instagram社交平台帳戶，並留言為作品命名，在「柏景餐廳」打卡並加入官方標籤，即有機會贏取餐飲禮券 (價值港幣$500) 乙張。

Summer Kids Cooking Master Class (rotate on a weekly basis):
