Indulge in the temptations of beef at MoMo Café! Different cuts of beef have their own flavours and unique textures; our chefs have especially prepared the beef in various styles like Braised Oxtail in Red Wine, Roasted Rib Eye, Sirloin and live grill station with different parts of beef such as Topside, Flank and Skirt Steak. The most highlighted dish is definitely the Shabu Shabu Wagyu Beef – no one can resist when the heavenly marbled wagyu beef melts in the mouth.
A great array of chilled seafood section with Snow Crab Legs, Blue Mussels, Edible Crab and more will also be available at the buffet. Be sure not to miss it!
