Tis' the season for lobster! Our experienced team of chefs from The Market present more than 10 scrumptious crab delicacies during lunch and dinner in this season of abundance. Seize this extraordinary moment! The lobster display photo booth has been specially set up for you!

 

Get cracking on some highlights such as the spicy Thai Style Fried Lobster with Chili, Singapore Wok-fried Lobster with Black Pepper Sauce and the meaty Seafood Congee, these dishes are served on a rotational basis during lunch and dinner buffet.

 

The Market signatures like chilled seafood, grilled meat, cold cuts, Peking duck roll, Hainanese chicken rice, double-boiled soup, indian curries and iconic desserts like Godiva soft serve and durian items remain available throughout the promotion period.

 

The Market features seven open kitchens that showcase world cultures in a wide selection of global delicacies prepared by chefs from their respective countries. Sourcing fresh and seasonal ingredients from various parts around the world, The Market delivers authentic taste experience to guests.

 

The Market was recently awarded Best Buffet in Openrice Best Restaurant Awards 2023 and Weekend Weekly's Best Hong Kong Buffet 2023, as a testament to our excellence and commitment to serving high quality food and services to our guests.
