Specialising in international specalities presented by an experienced culinary team from Thailand, India and Hong Kong, [email protected] is serving up southeast Asian favourites, including signature Tom Yum Kung, Yellow Curry Crab, Boston Lobster with Thai Chili Sauce, Indian Tandoori Chicken, Steamed Whole Scallop with Garlic and Rice Noodle and more. Holiday-exclusive delicacies including Roasted Whole Turkey and Roast Rib Eye are available at the carving station. During 24, 25 and 31 December, guests can also choose from nine special selections of jet-fresh seafood, such as unlimited Freshly-shucked Oysters, Boston Lobsters, Alaskan Crab Legs, Snow Crab Legs, Chilled Prawns, Black Mussels, Brown Crabs, Sea Whelk and Crayfish. Eight types of Japanese Sashimi such as Hamachi, Sweet Shrimp and Sayori are also showcased on the buffet spread.
