聖誕節是親朋摯愛歡聚的最佳節日,中環隆堡蘭桂坊酒店的時尚高級Azure Restaurant Slash Bar以時令冬季食材悉心設計出獨特餐單,讓賓客與家人好友一同投入節日氛圍之中。Azure餐廳及酒吧更將傳統經典意大利菜式重新演繹,並奉上hmv小禮物2016122426令佳節添上無限驚喜。另外,賓客凡於2016年12月19至26日惠顧每個聖誕晚餐,隆堡集團將代表每位客人捐贈港幣10元予受惠機構聯合國兒童基金香港委員會,支持他們在全球150個發展中國家為弱勢兒童提供援助,讓每一名兒童也能感受到聖誕的歡樂與溫馨暖意。

Azure餐廳及酒吧在平安夜預備了一頓令人饞涎的6道菜式平安夜晚宴(每位港幣1,188元),迎接佳節來臨。頭盤是令人一試難忘的蘋果木煙燻三文魚他他(House Smoked Applewood Salmon Tartare),牛油果和刁草汁帶出大西洋三文魚的鮮甜,並與胡椒檸檬汁及青瓜沙律的味道完美融合。主菜是將傳統火雞菜色重新演譯的金黃聖誕火雞卷(Golden Turkey Crepinette),火雞卷內充滿著意大利火腿及鼠尾草洋蔥餡料,加上栗子、蕃薯蓉及水牛城芝士使軟嫩的火雞肉質進一步提昇,保證每一口都是極致的味覺享受。最後,賓客可細嚐歐洲經典甜品朱古力樹幹蛋糕(Traditional Nordic Chocolate Yule Log),香濃的朱古力令人齒頰留香。

聖誕節當天,賓客可到餐廳享用洋溢節日氣氛的聖誕烤肉自助晚餐(每位港幣788元),品嚐優質海鮮及烤肉。菜單首先以多款滋味頭盤及鮮味海鮮拼盤(Seafood on Ice)掀開序幕,包括法國Fin de Claire生蠔及大蝦;接下來是豐富及份量十足的主菜選擇包括傳統原隻烤聖誕火雞配上鼠尾草洋蔥餡料、火雞汁及紅莓果凍(Whole Roasted Traditional Christmas US Turkey)或烤美國安格斯肉眼扒伴英國Yorkshire布丁、香濃牛肉汁及辣根忌廉(Whole Roasted Angus Beef Ribeye),讓賓客於佳節大快朵頤。

讓今個聖誕更添意義,凡於121926日期間享用聖誕晚餐,隆堡集團將代表每位客人捐出港幣10元予受惠機構聯合國兒童基金香港委員會,相等於25粒淨水丸(每粒淨水丸能夠把4至5升的污水過濾成乾淨的飲用水)、一包高營養花生醬、一支鉛筆及一本練習簿,為有需要的兒童送上珍貴的聖誕禮物,幫助活在危難中的弱小心靈燃亮生命希望。另外,凡於122426日期間,惠顧Azure Restaurant Slash Bar午餐或晚餐,每位客人更可獲贈由hmv送出之型格限量杯乙個* (價值港幣199元)。*數量有限,送完即止。

來到除夕夜,餐廳已準備好精心設計的6道菜式除夕夜晚宴,讓賓客享受極致美膳(每位港幣1,588元)。客人可首先細味精緻的金黃千層酥皮配香煎西班牙黑毛豬及辣香腸 (Pan Fried Spanish Iberico Chorizo en Feuilletee),加上香濃的蕃茄汁及野菌,做法別具一格;接下來是除夕夜主菜的香煎法國鴨胸配鴨肝(Pan Fried French Duck Breast with Duck Foie Gras),以香嫩鴨胸配上A級的法國的鴨肝香濃無比,必定將晚宴的美味指數推向頂峰。另外,賓客也可選擇清新的青豆意大利飯,配上清香的青豆汁及蒜辣大蝦和日本新鮮帶子,無論是味道或質感都完美地互相配合。除此之外,賓客必定不可錯過令人難以抗拒及驚喜的甜品,為豐盛的除夕夜晚宴完美作結迎接新的一年。

Christmas is a special time for celebrating with loved ones, friends and family. This Christmas, Azure Restaurant Slash Bar of Hotel LKF by Rhombus invites guests to celebrate with specially crafted festive menus with unique ingredient pairings as well as modern Italian favourites. There will also be a special gift from hmv (Available from 24 to 26 December 2016) and Rhombus will donate HK$10 to Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF HK), the beneficiary organisation, on behalf of each Christmas dinner guests at Azure (Available from 19 to 26 December 2016), making everyone’s Christmas just a little more merry and warm.

Heighten the anticipation of Christmas with the six-course Christmas Eve menu (HK$1,188 per person) which begins with House Smoked Applewood Salmon Tartare, the succulent Atlantic salmon drawing sweetness from the hint of avocado crush and balanced with lemon pepper and cucumber salad. The main course of Golden Turkey Crepinette is sure to be a highlight, guests can experience the unique cooking techniques in the traditional Christmas dish with the tender turkey enhanced by chestnuts, Emiliano ham, mozzarella bufala and sage with onions inside. The finale of the meal is a traditional European dessert the Nordic Chocolate Yule Log, leaving the palate with a rich chocolate flavour.

Christmas Day diners are in for a treat with the decadent carvery inspired Christmas Dinner Buffet (HK$788 per person). Celebrate with an abundance of appetizer choices and moving through a Seafood Platter of French Fin de Claire oysters and shrimps and a hearty carvery main courses include Whole Roasted Traditional Christmas US Turkey with sage and onion stuffing with turkey jus and cranberry jelly and Whole Roasted Angus Beef Ribeye with Yorkshire pudding, beef gravy and Horseradish cream, diners are spoilt for choice.

To make Christmas more meaningful this year, Rhombus Group will donate HK$10, which is equivalent to a Christmas gift for needy children, to UNICEF HK, the beneficiary organisation, on behalf of each Christmas Dinner guest from 19 to 26 December. The gift includes 25 water purification tablets (each tablet is able to turn 4-5 litres of dirty water into clean drinking water) a sachet of therapeutic spread, a pencil and an exercise book. This charity gift will reach and help vulnerable children and provide them with hope and happiness. Besides, available from 24 to 26 December, each lunch or dinner guest will receive a complimentary hmv special mug of HK$199 (while stocks last).

The New Year’s Eve Dinner (HK$1,588 per person) is the ultimate celebration, a six-course dinner begins with Pan Fried Spanish Iberico Chorizo en Feuilletee, is balanced with rich creamy tomato sauce and an accent of sharpness from wild mushrooms. Mains include Pan Fried French Duck Breast with Duck Foie Gras, with premium tender duck breast complementing French Grade A foie gras, adding richness and texture. Another mains favourite is sure for be the refreshing Green Pea Risotto with Chilli Garlic Grilled Shrimps, with the risotto served in a hearty green pea sauce and topped with chilli garlic shrimps and Japanese scallops. For an added taste of festive celebration, the amazing dessert is the perfect finale to bring in the new year of 2017.
