Nam Fong Valentine’s Day Menu
Cantonese’s take on the celebration will be a special menu available
on 14 February at dinner time. Our award-winning chef Quentin Leung brings creative Cantonese cuisine to the romantic level with a 7-course menu including dishes such as Sichuan-style Marinated Abalone with Chinese Master Sauce, Double-boiled Clear Soup with Stuffed Bamboo Pith and Snow Swallow and Wok-fried M6 Wagyu Beef with Honey Pepper Sauce.

Price: HK$1,088 per person (minimum 2 persons) including 1 glass of sparkling wine. You can also go the extra miles with the “Avec Amour” wine pairing at an extra HK$198 for 2 glasses of selected wines.
