Celebrate this special day with your mother in style with a dedicated menu specially curated by Executive Chef Wong at Above & Beyond. The heartwarming 8-course set dinner features the finest ingredients in dishes: “Double-boiled Dried Sea Whelk Soup with French Partridge, Antler, Winter Melon and Conpoy”, “Steamed Garoupa Fillet with Yunnan Ham and Mushrooms” and “Wok-fried Prawns and Scallops with Yellow Fungus and Asparagus”. Mum will feel super pampered and special with this sumptuous meal overlooking the spectacular skyline with unobstructed views of Victoria Harbour at the fine-dining restaurant located on 28/F in the hotel.

 

This decadent Mother’s day set menu will be available from 7 to 9 May starting from HK788*per person (minimum 4 pax). If you are looking for something more to celebrate this special occasion, a mini à la carte menu and the “Spring Specials” set menu are also ready to impress your special lady. Advanced booking is required.
