Hotel Stage is spreading joy and happiness this festive season with a sumptuous two-day Christmas feast at the hotel’s restaurant – Kitchen Savvy. Create extra sweet memories in a food-themed Christmas ambiance with a very dolce dessert buffet and complimentary 2-hour free-flow drinks on specific days while overlooking a captivating view of the Kowloon neighbourhood.

Kitchen Savvy has prepared an irresistible festive spread that is sure to impress. Start the party season early with a Christmas Lunch Set on the 24thand 25thof December that features a three-course Italian-inspired menu. Highlights include options such as a slow-cooked turkey salad, a refreshing beetroot-cured smoked salmon as the starter; and a succulent grilled lobster tail bun, roast pork loin, slow-braised oxtail as the main. To sweeten up the palette, enjoy festive treats curated by our head chef – Chef Justin on Christmas Eve, or handpick favourites from a dessert buffet featuring a galore of traditional sweets, such as an iconic gingerbread house and a yule log cake on Christmas Day.

For those who prefer to dine in the evening where Christmas lights sparkle and the atmosphere is cosy, our Christmas Eve Dinner on the 24thof December would do the trick. Eat and drink till the heart is merry with not only a selection of festive dishes such as a roast Australian M7 sirloin steak, a Gambero Rosso risotto, and a French quail, but also a dessert buffet and a complimentary 2-hour free-flow of curated red and white wines, selected beers, juices, or sodas. Join us and spend a fulfilling time with unlimited sweetness, drinks and love from family and friends.
