品嚐榴槤甜品前,客人必要品嚐一系列以龍蝦、海鮮炮製的冷熱美饌,款款鮮味十足,不容錯失。龍蝦藜麥沙律黑糖蘆薈啫喱以鮮甜龍蝦肉及清甜蘆薈啫喱作配搭,味道清新開胃,加入藜麥,更為健康,是你的前菜之選。多款特選刺身包括:三文魚、吞拿魚、立魚等,廚師更會席切原條油甘魚刺身,鮮味十足!
此外,自助餐桌上亦佈滿各式各樣的冰鎮海鮮:波士頓龍蝦鉗、麵包蟹、青口、黃金螺、松葉蟹腳及美國小白蝦等,款款鮮甜爽口!除了冷盤,各式海鮮熱葷亦是不能錯過。脆炸燕麥蝦配荔枝及熱情果汁將肥美的鮮蝦與燕麥片完美結合,蝦件外皮香脆,蝦肉鮮甜多汁,配上酸酸甜甜的熱情果汁,更適合夏天食用。即燒黑毛豬叉燒配咸檸檬醬選用西班牙穀飼黑毛豬梅頭肉來製作,貪其肉質鬆軟,肥瘦適宜,帶有油香,有別於傳統中式叉燒的做法,行政總廚先以西式爐把黑毛豬叉燒焗至8成熟,再把叉燒浸於麥芽糖中,即席以烤爐烤至全熟,味帶焦香。行政總廚特意以咸檸檬、冰梅醬、鮮檸檬皮調配自家製咸檸檬醬,中和黑毛豬的肥膩感,增添清爽感。什莓果醋骨以士多啤梨、紅莓、黑莓及藍莓入饌,與什莓一同烹調豬肋骨除了能夠提升豬肋骨的香氣,還能解油膩,味道酸酸甜甜,十分開胃。
自助餐桌上食物應有盡有,除了繁多的冷熱海鮮美饌,還有酥炸牛腩配日本芥末蛋黃醬、燒美國頂級有骨肉眼牛肉、燒羊架配乾蔥芥末汁、中式點心、各式印度咖喱(咖喱牛肉、咖喱什菜、咖喱雞肉等)等,迎合食客的不同口味。

Summer is the best season to savour fresh seasonal fruits. Among all, durian is acclaimed as the King of fruit and is the all-time favourite of many people. From now till 1 September 2019, Cafe Rivoli introduces the new Summer Dinner Buffet featuring an array of desserts made with durians to allow guests experience the delicious summer flavour!
Before tasting the durian desserts, you must not miss the savoury and sumptuous seafood delicacies along the buffet line, especially the signature lobster flair, including the Lobster and Quinoa Salad with Brown Sugar and Aloe Vera Jelly which succulent lobsters are served with the refreshing sweet aloe vera jelly. Adding in quinoa to the salad makes the dish your healthy appetizing option. Japanese sashimi is the favourite of most people. There is a selection of fresh fish sashimi such as salmon, tuna, snapper and etc. The chef will cut the Whole Hamachi Sashimi as live show every night to ensure guests experience the freshest sashimi!
The buffet table is also filled with a variety of chilled seafood, including White Prawns, Golden Whelk, Mussels, Spider Crab Legs, Bread Crab, Maine Lobster Claw, all are fresh and refreshing. Besides the cold dishes, an array of hot dishes are prepared for guests’ enjoyment. Deep-fried Oat Shrimp with Lychee and Passion Fruit Sauce combines the crispy shrimp with oatmeal with the sweet and sour homemade lychee and passion fruit sauce which make the dishes more palatable in summer time. Barbecued Iberico Pork with Salted Lemon Sauce is made from the grain-fed Iberico pork from Spain which is tender, juicy and has the perfect fat-to-meat ratio. It is cooked differently from the traditional Chinese barbecued char siu that the Executive Chef used the combi oven to bake the pork to medium well, then the pork will be dipped in the sweet and sticky honey and it’s cooked-to-order at the show cooking counter. To balance the oil out and add a refreshing sensation to the dish, Executive Chef has created a homemade salty lemon and plum sauce with is full of fragrance to pair with the barbecued Iberico pork. Sauteed Pork Ribs with Mixed Berries Vinegar is another new recommended dishes for all guests. The pork rib is slathered swith sauce made from mixed berries that enhance the aroma of the pork and compliment the savoriness of the dish.
Other recommendations are Deep-fried Beef Brisket with Wasabi Mayonnaise, Roasted U.S. Prime Beef O.P. Ribs, Roasted Lamb Rack with Shallot and Mustard Sauce, Chinese dim sum, Indian curry to satisfy all palates.
