“Local Fish Market” Lunch Buffet:

Café Rivoli of Regal Hongkong Hotel presents a new lunch buffet themed “Local Fish Market” that our chefs will prepare the local daily catch with different recipes, bringing our guests the true taste of seafood.

Several live cooking stations are set at the new lunch buffet, featuring cooked-to-order seafood delicacies to ensure that guests can taste the freshest seafood. Must try items includes Seafood Congee, Boiled Clams with Fish Soup, Laksa with Local Fresh Catch, Poached Chicken and Vegetables in Fish Soup, Boat Noodles Hong Kong Style, Boiled Sea Whelk in Chinese Hot Wine Sauce, Sauteed Mussel with Black Beans Chili Sauce, Sauteed Spinefoot Fish with Salt and Chili as well as Sauteed Squid with Garlic and Chili.

Besides the hot seafood dishes, there is also a Salad Bar, Sushi and Sashimi Station and Cold Cut Counter. Seafood on ice such as Mussel, Jade Whelk, Prawn, etc are also available on the buffet table. “Local Fish Market” lunch buffet food items will change regularly.

Don’t forget to save room for dessert! Earl Grey Chocolate with Chestnut Swiss Roll, Charcoal Mango Roll, White Peach Mousse with Strawberry Jelly, Crème Brulee, Movenpick and Dreyer’s ice cream, Chocolate Fountain and more on the dessert table just to name a few.
