Celebrity Chef Sau del Rosario returns to Le Méridien Cyberport for a three-day Food and Arts Event on 22-24 September 2016. This year’s inspiration comes from the vibrant colours and flavours of food ingredients. Creating a colour –themed monochromatic dish for each course, with flavours that will delight the palate.
In addition, a slice of Philippine art and culture will be featured through the paintings of artist Karla Magbanua on exhibit at the Umami Bar and Restaurant and fashion creations of designer Philip Torres in a mini-fashion show on the night of the Degustation Dinner.
