Enjoy a bountiful brunch buffet between 11:45 – 14:30 with a list of delicious dishes, homemade soups, carving stations, seafood spread and sweet desserts and free flow of Red Wine ,White Wine , House Beer and Soft Drinks!

 

During brunch buffet, the following dishes will be served:
SEAFOOD ON ICE - Fresh Oyster, Chilled Cooked Shrimps, Jade Conch, Snow Crab Leg, New Zealead Mussel
SASHIMI - Fresh Salmon, Hamachi, Tuna, Ebi, Akagai
LIVE STATION – Japanese Ramen Noodles served with Pork Spare Ribs Soup or Tomato Soup, Egg and Omelette Station
CARVING STATION - US Prime Sirloin, Salmon Spinach Wellington
HOT SELECTION – Abalone Isoyaki, Roasted Whole Halibut with Herbs, Indian Butter Chicken with Roti Paratha, Egg Benedict or Smoked Salmon Benedict
DESSERTS – Egg Waffle in Hong Kong Style, Home-baked Cheese Tart, Milk Tea Mousse, Portuguese Egg Tart with Bird Nest, Mango Napoleon, Selection of Movenpick Ice Cream
