During brunch buffet, the following dishes will be served:

CARVING STATION - US Prime Sirloin, Salmon Spinach Wellington
HOT SELECTION – Abalone Isoyaki, Roasted Whole Halibut with Herbs, Indian Butter Chicken with Roti Paratha, Egg Benedict or Smoked Salmon Benedict
DESSERTS – Egg Waffle in Hong Kong Style, Home-baked Cheese Tart, Milk Tea Mousse, Portuguese Egg Tart with Bird Nest, Mango Napoleon, Selection of Movenpick Ice Cream
