The "Lobster and Mango Fiesta" Dinner Buffet serves with a wide range of the freshest seafood, lobster flair and other sumptuous delicacies to satisfy guests.
Guests can have the Salad Bar, Assorted Sushi and Sashimi and other cold selections to kick off the evening. A fresh Seafood Sharing Plate including Chilled Lobsters, Crab Leg, Welk, Prawn, Mussel, etc will be presented to guests as a highlight. Besides, guests can select different kinds of noodles and match with a selection of food items at the Noodles Corner. Other delicacies featuring the lobsters including Three Cheese Baked Lobster, Creamy Garlic Lobster Florentine, Lobster & Bacon Corn Fritters with Jalapeno & Mustard Alioli, Stir-fried Lobster Claw with Spicy Garlic, Supreme Soup Braised Lobster with E-fu Noodles and more.
