Easter is a festival with joy and colour. To increase the blissful atmosphere, Regal Hongkong Hotel is going to present a fun-filled "Lobster and Mango Fiesta" Dinner buffet complemented by lots of Easter spirits from 2 April to 6 April 2021.

The "Lobster and Mango Fiesta" Dinner Buffet serves with a wide range of the freshest seafood, lobster flair and other sumptuous delicacies to satisfy guests.

Guests can have the Salad Bar, Assorted Sushi and Sashimi and other cold selections to kick off the evening. A fresh Seafood Sharing Plate including Chilled Lobsters, Crab Leg, Welk, Prawn, Mussel, etc will be presented to guests as a highlight. Besides, guests can select different kinds of noodles and match with a selection of food items at the Noodles Corner.  Other delicacies featuring the lobsters including Three Cheese Baked Lobster, Creamy Garlic Lobster Florentine, Lobster & Bacon Corn Fritters with Jalapeno & Mustard Alioli, Stir-fried Lobster Claw with Spicy Garlic, Supreme Soup Braised Lobster with E-fu Noodles and more. Daily Carving are also available.

To perfect your joyful Easter holiday, Café Rivoli presents a series of tempting Easter desserts and mango desserts including Bunny Cupcakes, Mango Sago in Soup, Mango Strawberry Tea Jelly, Mango Mascarpone Cheese Tart, Mango Custard Creme Brulee, Mango Cheese Cake and more. Each child will be given an individually packed DIY chocolate egg gift during Easter.
