Let the feast start with a scrumptious range of fresh seafood including Halved Boston Lobster (available during dinner buffet only), Snow Crab Leg, Fresh Prawn, Blue Mussel, Sea Whelk and more. The festive culinary journey continues with holiday-inspired appetisers such as Turkey and Wild Mushroom Terrine with Cranberry Sauce, Shrimp and Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Yoghurt Dressing, alongside a selection of healthy salads and cold cuts. Besides, don’t miss the Housemade Foie Gras Mousse, a tasty and silky delight perfect to be enjoyed with crackers, apricot, grapes and walnuts.
The tempting selection of grilled delights from the buffet spread is also under the spotlight! All ingredients are served fresh off the sizzling grill. Other mouth-watering barbecued delights such as Oven-roast U.S. Beef Ribeye and Honey-glazed Gammon Ham are ready to whet your appetite.
Other palatable hot dishes include Baked Boston Lobster Thermidor, Slow-braised Wagyu Beef Cheek in Burgundy Sauce, Roasted Rack of Lamb in Provencale Style, Pan-fried Foie Gras with Potato Mousseline and more are served daily on a rotating basis.
The feast would not be complete without the classic favourites. The Roasted Butterball Turkey with Chestnut, Glutinous Rice, Preserved Meat and Giblet Gravy is the restaurant’s signature festive dish on the buffet spread curated with Chef’s secret recipe. This not-to-be-missed traditional recipe is a modern Asian twist which is just what the occasion calls for.
Satisfy your sweet tooth with a selection of alluring desserts tailored for the festivities including Festive Minced Pie, Christmas Log Cake, Christmas Baked Stollen, Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce, complemented with the showstopping Baked Alaska with Canadian Maple Syrup. Stay on for Santa Claus’s visit, kid’s balloon art with clown and cotton candy!
