Chinese Table - All you can eat Dim Sum Promotion MENU
From now until 30 September you can enjoy a delectable selection of Dim Sum at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile’s award-winning restaurant, Loong Yuen.
Admired for its scrumptious Cantonese cuisine and cozy atmosphere, Loong Yuen’s new All You Can Eat Dim Sum promotion features an inviting assortment of dishes accompanied by a complimentary steamed pork and shrimp dumpling with bamboo piths and conpoy in soup. The menu comprises dim sum, such as steamed crystal shrimp dumpling, steamed pork and shrimp dumplings with black mushrooms, steamed scallop and chives dumplings topped with crab roe, steamed vegetable dumplings with black truffle, steamed Shanghai pork dumplings, steamed barbecued pork buns and steamed buns with bamboo charcoal powder and custard. Also on the menu are deep-fried favourites like deep-fried vegetarian spring rolls and deep fried taro puffs. There is also a selection of rice rolls including steamed rolls with fresh shrimp and steamed rice flour rolls with barbecued pork. Sweet treats include baked mini egg tarts, deep fried glutinous dumpling sesame balls and sweetened purple rice cream with coconut juice and sweetened walnut cream.
