藝廊咖啡室推出松露主題自助晚餐，巧妙將松露揉合中西美饌，如松露炒蟹、上湯松露雞及白松露慢煮牛肉等。要度過窩心幸福的情人節，甜品必不可少，甜品吧推出特色主題甜品如朱古力心太軟配松露雪糕、松露焦糖布丁，以及多達16款口味的Mövenpick雪糕，滋味無窮。成人每位HK$518起，小童或長者HK$318起。
四道菜燭光晚餐
華岸酒吧扒房總廚設計四道精美佳餚，包括紅菜頭醃三文魚、香煎帆立貝配菠蘿莎莎，主菜包括烤爐魚伴松露香檳汁和黑松露鵝肝醬慢煮牛柳，再品嚐特色甜品為晚餐劃上完美句號，讓你與摯愛細味美饌同時享受節日氣氛。情人節套餐兩位HK$1288。

“Italian Truffle Temptation” Dinner Buffet
Café Aficionado brings all couples a parade of Truffle gourmet in both Western and Chinese style featuring Truffle Fried Crab, Braised Chicken Truffle in Broth, Slow-cook Beef Stew with White Truffle Oil and so on. As a highlight to sweeten yourself, truffle-themed desserts including Warm Chocolate Pudding with Truffle Ice-cream, Truffle Caramel Pudding and 16 flavors of Mövenpick Ice-cream are not to be missed! Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet is priced HK$518 per adult; HK$318 per child / senior.
Four-course Valentine’s Dinner
The China Coast Bar + Grill features Beetroot Salmon and Pan-Fried Scallop as appetizers. The main course includes Baked Wild French Sea Bass with Puff Pastry and Sous Vide Us Prime Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras Sauce. It is much satisfying to end the meal by having Dessert of the Day. The set is HK$1288 for 2 persons.
