燕窩腐皮卷

以腐皮卷包裹時令盛產的白蘆筍及蔬菜粒，炸過後口感清新鮮甜而香脆可口，不覺油膩，上面放上印尼燕窩，倍感滋潤。

奶滑木瓜湯

加入了番茄及甘荀的木瓜蓉香甜綿綿，以忌廉打成濃湯芳郁幼滑，令人齒頰留香，再加上烤香過的腰果碎，口感豐富。

燕窩舞茸菇配蒸水蛋

大廚以矜貴食材重新演繹母親的拿手小菜蒸水蛋，加入意大利黑松露蓉蒸煮，最後放上滋補養生的燕窩及烤舞茸菇，絕對能換來母親的會心一笑。

朱古力康乃馨

康乃馨象徵母親，白玫瑰的花語是敬意，紅玫瑰的花語是愛意。大廚以白玫瑰慕斯包裹紅玫瑰海綿蛋糕，頂部放上以白朱古力片砌成的康乃馨花朵及朱古力葉片，碟面以鮮忌廉表達花枝，足見大廚技藝精湛。為母親獻上這道匠心獨運的甜品，母親必定心花怒放。
