This summer, Executive Chef Bowie Tse demonstrates his culinary techniques in preparing a number of crab dishes with an Asian touch, and presents you with his signature Crab Ricotta Cannelloni in Thai Style, Steamed Rice with Crabmeat and Garlic in Lotus, as well as Snow Crab Leg Shallot Vinegar in Café Aficionado.
