總廚特別推介的風味「蠔」菜式有外層脆脆甜甜的蜜餞煎金蠔、香脆鬆軟的翠盞酥炸桶蠔、砵酒焗生蠔、乾煏薑蔥生蠔煲、醬爆鴛鴦蠔、生菜包爆炒蠔崧、芝士焗釀石蠔、香煎潮州蠔餅、上湯鮮蠔方魚肉碎泡飯,還有別具特色的日式燒汁生蠔。
除了特色巧手「蠔」菜式外,總廚更特別選用了時令食材,並配合其獨道烹調秘方,為您呈獻多款滋味養生的特色傳統煲仔小菜。
是次推介的風味煲仔菜式包括有香濃味美、肉質細嫩的「雙冬羊腩煲」、「良鄉栗子滑雞煲」、「龍苑一品鮑魚海鮮煲」、「花膠北菇鵝掌煲」、「清酒煮波士頓龍蝦煲」、「九層塔香蝦粉絲煲」、「梅菜五花腩煲」、「銀袋花甲煲」,還有特別秘製多款暖胃特色煲仔飯,當中包括有肉質細嫩的「鮑粒北菇滑雞煲仔飯」、香噴噴的「雙腸排骨煲仔飯」、「油鴨脾臘肉煲仔飯」、「香芋臘味煲仔飯」等,窩心為您送上。
From now to February 28 the Holiday Inn Golden Mile’s award-winning Cantonese Restaurant, Loong Yuen, will be serving a variety of hearty cooked oyster dishes as part of a special oyster promotion.
The delicious oyster dishes are not only the perfect accompaniment to Hong Kong’s cooler climate but a fantastic introduction to those who know little about Cantonese cuisine or have never tried cooked oysters. For those already in the know, this is an excellent way to enjoy these oceanic wonders.
To warm-up in the cool season, try dishes such as Stir-fried Minced Dried Oyster with Diced Celery, Water Chestnut and Carrots served with Lettuce or Poached Rice with Fresh Oyster, Minced Pork and Dried Fish in Supreme Soup.
If you’ve never tried food cooked in a hot pot, go for Baked Oyster with Ginger and Spring Onion in Hot Pot, as this method of cooking really enhances flavours and gives food a beautiful silky texture.
Like strong flavours? Then try the Baked Oyster with Spring Onion and Port Wine. Or perhaps go for the Baked Oyster stuffed with Onion, Bacon and Cheese.
