Dine in style with the indulgent tasting menus prepared by our culinary team using the finest ingredients. Highlights include Seafood Tower, Char-grilled Premium Beef Striploin, Juicy Herb-roasted Turkey and Grand Marnier Sabayon with Gingerbread, Berry Compote and Rum Raisin Ice Cream available from the festive menus. Sip on a glass of Classic Tree or Mistletoe to add a bit of holiday spirit to your meal. If lunch is more your style, the Festive Set Lunch (HK$308 per person) will also tease your taste buds.
