天際咖啡室 – 父親節自助餐

為慶祝今年父親節，天際咖啡室特別於6月15和16日推出父親節自助餐，讓您以一頓豐盛的自助餐表達心中的敬意。父親節自助晚餐更呈獻多款升級美食，包括紐西蘭生蠔、牡丹蝦和燒美國頂級牛肋骨等，讓您和家人捧腹而回。天際咖啡室亦會在6月14和15日特設品酒活動，除可一次過品嘗多種精心挑選的佳釀，包括法國教皇新堡葡萄酒和蘇格蘭布納哈本木桶威士忌等，更可即場選購美酒送給敬愛的父親！

2019年6月8至16日
萬豪中菜廳將於6月8至16日呈獻父親節套餐，為鍾情粵菜的父親帶來驚喜的父親節晚宴。八道精緻菜式包括黑松露醬炒帶子、松茸竹笙響螺燉雞湯、松茸瓦罉雞和紅蓮燉桃脂等，以盛宴表揚和報答父親的貢獻。
套餐分別可供四、六和十二位享用，由每席HK$1,920起。

Father’s Day Dinner Buffet at SkyCity Bistro highlights items such as New Zealand Oyster, Botan Ebi and Roasted USDA Choice Prime Rib to satisfy their stomachs. Whisky and Wine Tasting Station is also waiting for you and your dad on 14 and 15 June. You can sample a range of meticulously selected whiskies and wines including Domaine Riche Chateauneuf-du-Pape Rouge 2011 and Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection Bunnahabhain 1989. You can purchase wines on-the-spot as a hearty Father’s Day gift too!

Man Ho Chinese Restaurant – Father’s Day 8-Course Set Menu
8 to 16 June 2019
If traditional Cantonese cuisine is your dad’s favourite, treat him to Man Ho Chinese Restaurant to sample the Father’s Day 8-Course Set Menu from 8 to 16 June. The menu features Sautéed Scallops and Vegetables in Black Truffle Sauce, Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Sea Whelk, Bamboo Piths and Matsutake Mushrooms, Braised chicken with Matsutake Mushroom in Casserole and Sweetened Peach Resin Soup with Lily Bulbs and Red Dates.
Sets for 4, 6 and 12 guests are available and starting from HK$1,920.
