柏景餐廳廚藝團隊悉心挑選超過140年歷史、源於意大利且擁有美國農業部有機認證 (USDA) 的Adi Apicoltura 100% 天然有機蜜糖,以品牌旗下三款天然健康的蜂蜜入饌,匠心炮製多款教人心甜的母親節美食讓子女以表孝心。菜式包括使用了細膩幼滑的有機森林蜂蜜烹調燒雞青蘋果沙律配蜜糖芥末汁、薑汁燉奶及香焗蜂蜜蘋果玫瑰酥,以散發細緻香橙香氣的有機橙花蜂蜜炮製紅菜頭鮮橙沙律配蜜糖香草乳酪汁、鮮蝦香菜蜜豆沙律配柑橘油醋汁和柚子蜜脆炸蝦球。蜜糖菜式不斷為媽媽獻上,細味以芳香怡人的有機野花蜂蜜入饌的露絲瑪莉蜜糖香烤春雞、蜜糖松露燒汁烤原條肉眼和蜜糖芝士蛋糕。
