The chemistry between fresh mango and luxurious bird’s nest is undeniable, so we curated a series of treats with this perfect combination: Mousse with Chocolate Cup, Panna Cotta, Sticky Rice with Coconut Cream and Mille Feuille with Matcha filling – all with the nourishing Mango and Bird’s Nest. Our Chinese chef has prepared the heart-warming Bird’s Nest Soup with Red Dates and Lotus Seeds as well!
