Umami Restaurant + Bar highlights Japanese sea urchin this summer season. From Hokkaido, the fresh delicacy is available in 3 dishes: Sea Urchin Sashimi, Mini Chirashi, and Japanese Steamed Egg with Hokkaido Fresh Sea Urchin. It is a good time to go crazy for ‘Uni’ at Umami this month!
