Almost every country and culture celebrates the New Year, and Grissini is no different.

Our Chef de Cuisine Marcello Scognamiglio has decided to hold on to the traditional custom and bring the authentic treasures of his hometown to Grissini for guests to rediscover the traditional flavours during New Year.

Highlights include the following and more:

Braised oxtail agnolotti, castelmagno cheese, sage
Glazed veal sweetbread, Marsala wine, black pepper, smoked capsicum
