Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory Afternoon Tea:

Hong Kong’s gourmands no longer have to travel to Japan to indulge in heavenly cheeses and decadent dessert creations made with legendary Hokkaido milk and cream. On 2 January, industry innovator Hotel ICON launches its most decadent collaboration yet – the Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory Afternoon Tea at GREEN.

Diners may begin with their choice of house made lemonade, gourmet illy Coffee or fine TWG Tea, before feasting on a basket of Hotel ICON’s Traditional Scones with Clotted Cream and Jam. A bountiful spread of Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory sweet treats follow including highlights such as the Hong Kong Exclusive Yuen Yeung Cookie, Milk Cheesecake made with French cream cheese and Hokkaido milk, the Jersey Milk Roll made with Hokkaido Jersey milk and mascarpone cheese, Japanese Rice Pudding with Tropical Mango, and the Cow Cow Puff — a tantalising puff pastry shell made of camembert cheese cookie dough, baked to golden perfection, and generously filled with a distinctive cream cheese blend of Hokkaido mascarpone, camembert, and specially selected fresh cream — a richly alluring creation that is a must-try for cheese lovers.

Diners can then indulge in savoury highlights like Crispy Cheese and Tomato Dip, Chicken Teriyaki on Toast and Roasted Eel on Toast, before completing the luscious and luxurious afternoon tea experience with unlimited Signature Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory Hokkaido Jersey Milk Soft Serve and heavenly free-flowing swirls of the Hotel ICON exclusive Yuen Yeung Soft Serve Ice Cream.

Oyster Temptation Semi-buffet Brunch:

Who doesn’t love to brunch? In addition to the beloved weekend brunch with unlimited appetisers and desserts with a choice of main course, GREEN is introducing Pacific oysters three ways.

Our fellow brunch lovers can look forward to a different style of cooked oysters each week^ with:
Kaki Fry Oysters, a popular Japanese dish that is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside
Oysters Mornay, a baked oyster dish enriched with grated Parmesan cheese and cream
Steamed Oysters, prepared in Chinese style, sprinkled with Ginger and topped with Spring Onion

Enjoy the brunch buffet while sipping on a chilled glass of refreshing juice or soft drink.

The menu features the signature seafood platter, your choice of appetiser, main course and dessert along with free-flowing house wine, signature cocktails, mocktails and juices.

Clawing for a taste of the most scrumptious seafood in town? Take your seat under the stunning vertical garden at GREEN for a divine set dinner to remember. Every Thursday and Friday evening, indulge in a four-course set menu where each and every dish is enhanced by fresh, succulent crab, priced at an incredible price of $518* per person. The menu begins with a duo of Crab Meat in Mango and Crab Cake, followed by richly flavoured Alaskan Crab Legs with Garlic Butter made on the distinctive Josper Grill.

For the main course, choose your favourite from a selection of the finest international fruits of the sea including Fresh Crab Meat Spaghetti with Crab Tomato Sauce, Baked Norwegian Salmon Fillet with Crab Meat Crust or Surf and Turf made with Pan-fried King Prawn and Beef Tenderloin.

For a sumptuous finale to the evening, delight in gourmet coffee or tea and acclaimed pastry Chef Danny’s delectable GREEN's Fondue. The perfect accompaniment to your dinner…free-flowing white sangria, a carafe of house wine per person, or a bottle of sparkling wine to share, all specially selected to complement the flavours of the crab.

Taste the fresh, meaty, succulent Boston lobsters this summer at GREEN.

Featured in GREEN’s all new four-course set dinner with a free flow of sparkling wine, white wine and red wine, the prized shellfish will be prepared in a variety of ways. Begin the evening with either a Lobster Mango Kale Salad or a Duck Liver Terrine with Lobster, followed by a Lobster Wonton Miso Soup or Lobster Bisque.

For the main course, the choices are simply sumptuous. Select either a Grilled or Poached Lobster, paired with a fine cut of Sirloin or Lamb Rack or Salmon, and end on a sweet note with the cake slice of the day.
