From 1 July 2020 to 31 October 2020, Centre Street Kitchen is featuring Teochew & Tea Themed dinner buffet, showcasing an array of delicacies. Indulge in dishes such as fresh Seafood on Ice from worldwide, including Canada, Chilean and New Zealand, Classic Chiu Chow Mixed Braised Platter, Wok Fried River Shrimps with Longjing, Braised Pork Knuckle with Tie Guan Yin and Preserved Plum, Marinated Pork Tendon and Ear Pate, Slow Roasted US Pork Spare Ribs in Shrimp Paste, Teochew Porridge and more! Along with a selection of eye-catching desserts including Chamomile & Pomelo Cake, Ginkgo & Taro Mousse Cake, Tie Guan Yin Cheese Cake with Caramel Walnut and Häagen-Dazs ice-cream to round off a wonderful meal.
