Signature Soups for the Soul:

Hotpot lovers would be spoilt for choice for Beauty in The Pot serves six different nourishing soup bases that promise intense, rich flavours and offers an abundance of nutritional benefits. They would also have to pick from among a single pot, twin pot or a quart pot. The soup bases include:

- HOT FAVOURITE! Signature Beauty Collagen Broth: The brand’s Signature Beauty Collagen broth is a must-try for those who wish to achieve bright, glowing, bouncy skin. It boasts a rich and sweet flavour with a medley of conpoy, chicken, chicken feet, pork bone and pig’s trotters which are boiled for more than 6 hours in order to achieve the broth’s standard of richness and texture.

- HOT FAVOURITE! Signature Spicy Nourishing Soup (Pork Bone Soup): This moreish soup offers an extra boost of immunity and energy for those looking to ‘spice’ up their meal. Simmered for long hours, the pork bone broth is made with luxurious Chinese herbs which includes a whole ginseng, dang gui, wolf berries among many others which herbs contribute intense flavour and fragrance. It is available in mild spicy, spicy and extra spicy options and is not too spicy (as per personal tolerance) or oily to be enjoyed by itself.

- Herbal Drunken Chicken Broth: This concoction lets out a herbal fragrance which tails with the intoxicating aroma of the glutinous rice wine as aftertaste. To achieve this, fresh free-range chicken has been simmered over a small fire for at least two hours along with a mixed array of premium herbs such as Solomon’s seal, Codonopsis root, and Chinese angelica root. The broth aids blood circulation and strengthens one’s immunity.

- Cooling Coconut Broth: With a unique soup base comprising coconut water and flesh from a fresh whole coconut, the broth lets out a refreshing taste which is not overly sweet. The chefs would open up fresh young coconuts and pour the coconut water into the soup base prior to serving. A variety of fresh ingredients such as spare ribs, chicken, chicken’s feet and snow fungus forms the basic taste of the soup, which the coconut water complements. It helps to nourish the lungs and improve the body’s immune system. All of which makes it delicate on the taste buds and soothing to the throat.

- Longevity Wild Pine Mushroom Broth: Suitable for vegetarians, this broth consists of a variety of precious wild pine mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, cordyceps flower, fresh mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms among others. Known for its high content of antioxidants, minerals and vitamin D, mushrooms could be the answer to a healthier body.

- Vitamin C Tomato Sweet Corn Broth: Tomatoes are not only an excellent source of vitamin C, but also packed full of other antioxidants and several nutrients that are highly beneficial for health. Regular consumption of tomatoes can enhance our body’s immunity and play a role in reducing the risk of developing cancer. This nutritious, light and refreshing pot of soup is bound to whet veggie lovers’ appetite with its deliciously juicy tomatoes and rich tomato flavour.

Customers could request for refills of superior stock added to their Beauty Collagen, Signature Spicy Nourishing and Cooling Coconut Broths to maintain their original flavours and freshness.
