To ensure you and your loved ones begins and ends with sweet and memorable moments, each of the hotel’s dining outlets will prepare something to surprise couples and an instant-photo booth will be ready on the Mezzanine (opposite The Chocolatier) for you to capture the joyous moment.

Enjoy Chef Alessandro’s award-winning Italian cuisine at Grissini, or choose from prime cuts of beef grilled to perfection by Chef Patrick at Grand Hyatt Steakhouse. Savour traditional Japanese favourites by Chef Takeda at Kaetsu, or allow the chefs at The Teppanroom to present market-fresh ingredients on the teppanyaki grill. Make selections from sumptuous buffet spreads at the recently renovated Grand Café, the airy and expansive Tiffin Lounge with its live music or The Grill with its alfresco seating. Or indulge in the best of authentic Cantonese cuisine at One Harbour Road, lovingly prepared and graciously presented.
