The Rouge Vegetarian Menu
Seasonal vegetables, born from nature. Rouge meticulously selects natural fruits and vegetables to create a fresh and delicious vegetarian set meal, highlighting the diverse appeal of plant-based cuisine. The menu features Double-boiled Sarcodon Aspratus Soup with Matsutake Mushrooms and Honey Locust Fruit, which is aromatic and nourishing; Pineapple Sweet and Sour Hericium Mushroom with Tofu, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, delightfully sweet and savoury; and one of the standout dishes, Braised Rice with Assorted Mushrooms in Black Truffle Sauce, presented in a hot stone pot. It combines the intense black truffles' aroma with the scorched rice's smoky scent, making it supremely enticing.
