父親節自助午餐及下午茶自助餐供應多款冰鎮海鮮、刺身、壽司、前菜、沙律、餐湯、熱葷、甜品等。 酒店於五樓特設充氣遊樂設施，讓您和家人一同享受家庭樂。
父親節半自助晚餐以地中海美食為主題，每位爸爸於 6 月 16 日更可獲補氣養身的花膠蟲草花燉雞湯一客。大受歡迎的時令即開生蠔、冰鎮海鮮和日式刺身繼續為大家源源送上 ，多達二十款充滿地中海風味的前菜及熱盤亦輪流供應，包括西班牙海鮮飯、摩洛哥香草燒雞及西班牙檸檬香草焗魚柳。 客人可從八款精選主菜中自選一款，特色推介烤澳洲牛柳及鴨肝、烤摩洛哥香草羊扒、烤或焗原隻新鮮波士頓龍蝦及烤澳洲M8和牛西冷扒等。

Book our Father's Day Buffets and settle 50% deposit by June 2, 2019 to enjoy 20% early bird discounts for Lunch & Tea Buffets; 30% for Semi-buffet Dinner on June 15 and 20% on June 16! Each dad will be served a complimentary bowl of Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw and Cordyceps Flower on Father's Day (June 16) at Semi-buffet Dinner.
Father's Day Lunch Buffet & Afternoon Tea Buffet will be serving a selection of scrumptious seafood-on-ices, sashimi, sushi, appetizers, salads, soups, hot dishes as well as a wide array of desserts are on the buffet. A bouncy castle will also be set up for children and families to enjoy.
Father's Day Semi-buffet Dinner features Mediterranean feast. Freshly-shucked oyster, luscious seafood-on-ice and Japanese sashimi will surely delight fans of seafood. More than 20 types of appetizers and hot dishes with Mediterranean elements will also be served on rotation, like Seafood Paella, Roasted Moroccan Herb Chicken and Baked Spanish Fish Fillet with Lemon and Herb.
The 8 main courses will satisfy all the meat lovers, including Grilled Australian Beef Tenderloin and Seared Duck Liver, Grilled Moroccan Lamb Chop with Herb, Grilled or Baked Whole Fresh Boston Lobster and Australian M8 Wagyu Beef Striploin Steak.
