Regal Palace at Regal Hongkong Hotel has launched a series of Summer Seasonal dishes, each dish is specially curated by Chef Christopher Yeung, the Executive Chinese Chef of Regal Palace Restaurant. Chef Yeung brilliantly makes use of seasonal ingredients, combined by unique and varied Chinese cooking techniques to bring all diners a variety of healthy, refreshing and tasty summer delicacies. Included are Double Boiled Whole Winter Melon with Assorted Seafood, Stir-fried King Prawns in Pumpkin Truffle Sauce, Stewed Beef Rib Flavour with Balsamic Vinegar and Peach and Stir-fried Vegetarian Meat with Pitaya and Eggplant in Premium Vinegar Sauce to name a few.
