White Truffle Tasting Menu

Amongst Theo Mistral by Theo Randall, the seasonal delicacy has been incorporated into a Alba White Truffle Tasting Menu featuring four à la carte plates and four pairing selected wines are available till the end of the season.

The new menu celebrates the revered "White Diamond" of the fungi world: the white truffle from Alba. Two grams of the coveted Alba white truffle come freshly shaven over each dish.

Price:
HK$1,488 per guest.
Supplement for 4 glasses of selected wine pairing per guest at HK$428.
Additional Alba white truffles are available at HK$120 per gram.
