Joining hands for the very first time with lavish champagne brand Champagne Louis Roederer and Häagen-Dazs™, Hotel ICON’s oasis café – GREEN proudly offers a one-of-a-kind opulent afternoon tea set, starting from 17 August to 1 November 2020. The mastermind behind the creative menu is Danny Ho – Hotel Icon’s award-winning Executive Pastry Chef. Specially curated by the innovative chef, Häagen-Dazs’ classic heavenly flavours become the star ingredients in the tantalizing desserts, while the richness of Champagne Louis Roederer Brut Premier is infused into the savouries to create a unique gastronomic experience. The journey begins with free-flowing Häagen-Dazs’ favourite minicups, including its latest hit cantaloupe melon and rich mango flavour. And, a glass of Champagne Louis Roederer Brut Premier with Peach and Strawberry delivers the magical finishing touch to this ultimate gastronomic journey in the comfort of GREEN’s divine summer garden.
