Enjoy "When East Meets West" Semi-Buffet Dinner in Champs Restaurant:

Hong Kong, 17th June, 2020- Fusion cuisine, which means to blend the cooking culture from different countries, and create different creative dishes. But the way of master the mix and match of different cultures, is mainly based on the chefs’ creativity and their sense and knowledge. After several attempts, Champs Restaurant has now launched a new Semi-Buffet Dinner from $238up, letting the customers to enjoy different fusion cuisines designed by the chef. Customer may choose one main course in the Semi-Buffet Dinner, and enjoy free flow of seasonal seafood, including Goneplacidae, Blue Mussels, Sea Whelk, etc.. Moreover, home-made desserts and Häagen-Dazs ice cream will also be provided, definitely bring you a new tasting experience.

Champs Restaurant has gather chefs with different specialties, including Chinese cuisine, Western cuisine and Malaysian cuisine. In order to unleash the chefs’ specialties, Champs Restaurant has decided to launch "When East Meets West" Semi-Buffet Dinner to mix up cooking cultures from all around the world.

12 fusion dishes designed by the chef will be provided in the Semi-Buffet Dinner, which will be served on a rotation basis. One of the chef recommends is ‘Home-made Hainanese Chicken with Crispy Risotto’. Hainanese Chicken will be cooked in traditional method, and mix with Risotto-one of the traditional Italian dishes. Risotto will be fried in order to create a crispy texture. The texture of the smooth Hainanese Chicken and crispy Risotto should bring you a new sense of taste. Another chef recommend is ‘Pan-fried Wagyu Beef Skirt Steak’, which provides a rare part of beef. Australian Wagyu Beef will be served, and thee chewy texture of the Skirt steak will bring you an extraordinary taste of beef.

Besides the chef recommendations, other creative dishes including ‘Abalone Tart and Fried Carrot Cake with Belacan’, ‘Champs Burger’, ‘Spicy & Hot Bean Curd and Cod Fish in E-fu Noodles’ and ‘Baked Spicy Tiger Prawns with Sea Urchin Cheese Macaroni’ can also be found.
