Delight in an array of scrumptious specialties including Seafood on Ice (Boston lobster, red king crab leg, whelk and blue mussel), Traditional Christmas Turkey with Stuffing & Giblet Gravy, Country Style Pistachio & Morel Pork Pate on Toast Stollen, Seared Australia Wagyu Rib Eye with Truffle Béarnaise Sauce and White Truffle Turkey Breast Salad with Cranberry Sauce.

“Taste of Singapore” Dinner Buffet:

Chef Lung of Satay Inn brings authentic Singaporean dishes to the dinner buffet at Centre Street Kitchen. The buffet spread features all-time favourite dishes of Hainanese Chicken Rice, Satays, Bak Kut Teh, Laksa, Pepper Prawns, Fried Kway Teow, Hokkien Prawn Mee, Roti Prata, Chicken Curry and much more. Traditional Singaporean snack and dessert such as Kaya Toast, our signature Pandan Cake, Buboh Hitam, Ching Tng and Sago Gula Melaka are also on offer. Along with the Singaporean dishes, enjoy our fresh Seafood on Ice and Häagen-Dazs ice-cream to round off a wonderful meal.
