“All About Durian” Southeast Asian Afternoon Tea
Experience an exotic culinary adventure with King of Fruit and Southeast Asian delights and unlimited serving of the mixture of D197 Musang King and D24 durian ice cream.
Begin with Double-boiled Coconut Durian Soup before feasting on a bountiful spread of sweet treats, including three types of freshly imported D197 Musang King, D175 Red Prawn and D101 Durian from Malaysia, durian-infused creations such as Durian Pandan Glutinous Rice, Durian, Coconut, Butterfly Pea Flower and Sago Shooter.
Indulge in specially made South East Asian savouries, such as the succulent Charcoal Grilled Caribbean Lobster Tail, the appetising Cooked Shrimp Shooter with Thai Sauce, Thai Fish Cake with Crab Meat and Salmon Fish Roe, Charcoal Grilled Malaysian Otak Otak, as well as the flavourful Fried Soft Shell Prawn with Oatmeal.
Guests can choose to pair the afternoon tea with a choice of housemade lemonade, chilled juice, teas from TWG tea or freshly brewed coffee. You can also add HK$108 for a glass of selected house wine or sparkling wine for a truly indulgent teatime experience.
