GREEN X GODIVA Elegance Trio High Tea
Hotel ICON joins hands with legendary Belgian chocolatier GODIVA to deliver a decadent high tea experience. The renowned 3-course high tea returns with enticing appetiser, followed by a choice of main course and an array of GODIVA chocolate-themed sweet treats on a newly redesigned three-tiered vinyl turntable. All petite treats are meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Danny Ho and his professional culinary team with a tailor made tasting sequence. From appetiser, main course to desserts, every dish comes with interactive elements to make every step of the tasting journey unique and unexpected during this festive season.
First course: Appetiser
Kick start your high tea experience with Oyster Chowder with Deep-fried Oyster, an all-time favourite classic that will surely tempt your taste buds.
Second Course: Main Dish (A choice of three)
A choice of main course follows, including the festive Smoked Turkey Drumstick with BBQ and Honey Truffle Mayonnaise, Grass-fed Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Mashed Potato and French Bean, or Oven-baked Barramundi and Cous Cous with Pomelo and Honey Mustard Dip.
Third Course: Chocolate Desserts
The elegant three-tiered vinyl turntable is definitely taking the spotlight! Dive into the world of chocolate with GODIVA Chocolate Strawberry, GODIVA Chocolate Bear, Earl Grey Financier Macaron, Hazelnut Chocolate with Sesame, and GODIVA chocolate and cherry compote.
On the top tier, you’ll find a gorgeous Christmas Chocolate Ball. Open it and discover a mini Santa Claus amidst the snowy scene. You may use it along with other confections to create an Instagram reel. Two GODIVA festive chocolate are also inclusive in the tea set.
The best part is you will also be able to enjoy unlimited GODIVA soft serve along with a complimentary cup of perfectly brewed illy coffee or TWG tea with 12 flavours to choose from for a delightful afternoon. A glass of complimentary French sparkling wine will be treated to each guest during Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. That’s not all, the freshly baked Classic Scones with Clotted Cream and Homemade Strawberry Lychee Rose Jam are crunchy on the outside and moist in the inside, served with clotted cream and fragrant homemade jam, are the must-have treats you cannot miss.
