Chef Yeung brilliantly makes use of seasonal ingredients, combined by unique and varied Chinese cooking techniques to bring all diners a variety of healthy, refreshing and tasty summer delicacies. Included are Double Boiled Whole Winter Melon with Assorted Seafood, Stir-fried King Prawns in Pumpkin Truffle Sauce, Stewed Beef Rib Flavour with Balsamic Vinegar and Peach and Stir-fried Vegetarian Meat with Pitaya and Eggplant in Premium Vinegar Sauce to name a few.
