Cafe Rivoli presents International Semi-Buffet Lunch featuring a range of Western or contemporary Asian Signature Main Courses options combining with unlimited salad, appetizer and dessert selections which have been specially designed by the executive chef. “Lobster & Seafood Feast” dinner buffet showcasing 12 kinds of seafood and specializes in "Your Seafood, Your Way" dining experience with over 200 seafood cooking combinations. Featuring 12 kinds of seafood such as Lobsters, British Bread Crabs, Snow Crab Legs, Blue Mussels, Scallops and Shrimps and more, the Executive Chef specially make use of variety of sauces and cooking methods to curate the new menu in order to bring guests different experience of tasting the premium seafood.
Chef Recommended Dishes including Lobster Cocktail with Caviar, Flame Drunken Abalone, a series of Japanese delicacies such as Tempura, Yakitori and Temaki Sushi. The Soup and Noodles Counters offer health-conscious menu selections with Bouillabaisse, Chinese Doubled Boiled Soup and Fish Maw Noodles in Soup. Other international delicacies such as Roasted Beef, Roasted Iberico Pork Chop, Suckling Pig, Tandoori Prawns, Provencal Rack of Lamb, Korean Gochujang Pork Ribs, Sichuan Style Fish Fillet with Pickle Vegetables, Greek Baked Fish Tomatoes and Onions, Braised Oxtail with Red Wine Sauce.
