Beef Omakase Experience

The Basement 1 Restaurant @ The Charterhouse CWB  is now specially launching a series of premium beef from different countries like Australia, Japan, Belgium, Korea, England and US, from salad, soup, beef, unlimited serve of french fries and dessert, total five courses for your enjoyment. 

The chef uses different techniques and sources the finest seasonal ingredients from both the land and sea to pair with and accentuate the flavours of each breed of beef.  You can be able to cook you own beef with the charcoal stove, so make you beef most flavourable to serve.

 

 

Price：HK$529 / person (Plus HK$199 enjoy free flow of Red / White wine and Sparkling wine)

Serving period：6:30pm - 10:00pm
