Surf and Turf Dinner Buffet
From now to 30 September 2021, Café Rivoli of Regal Hongkong Hotel launches the new "Surf and Turf" dinner buffet, in addition to a series of seafood delicacies and lobster flairs such as Boston Lobster on Ice, Baked Lobster with Cheese, Lobster Tartar with Lemon Tarragon Dressing, Lobster & Sea Urchin Shooters, Braised E-fu Noodles with Lobster and more, the Executive Chef of Café Rivoli also uses the tender, juicy and flavoursome Wagyu Beef to create an array of thematic dishes includes Peppered Beef with Blue Cheese, Flamed Wagyu Beef Sushi and Beef Tongue, Japanese Gyudon (Simmered Beef and Rice Bowl), Roasted US Rib Eye Bone-in, Beef Sukiyaki, Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek in Red Wine Sauce and more.Chef specially make use of variety of ingredients, sauces and cooking methods to curate the new menu in order to bring guests different experience of tasting the premium Wagyu Beef.
Perfect the evening with a numerous of refreshing desserts like Green Tea Pudding with Passion Fruit Base, White Peach Jasmine Fruit Panna Cotta, Honey Baked Cheese Cake, Black Forest Cake, Tiramisu Cake, Dark Chocolate Almond Tart and Baked Jpanaese Soft Cheese Tart and more.
