Savour premium chilled seafood (Canadian Snow Crab Leg, Prawn, Blue Mussel, Sea Whelk & Clam) and assorted Japanese suhi and sashimi as a palate refresher. Then start your enticing culinary journey with Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Sea Cucumber, Wok-fried Fish Maw with Celery in X.O. Sauce, Stir-fried Lobster with Prawns and Greens, Lobster Roll, Steamed Egg with Lobster and many more! Besides, international hot dishes, à la minute grilled delicacies, seasonal fresh fruits and mouth-watering desserts are also available for a perfect endnote of the night.

A complimentary Grilled Lobster with Garlic Butter Sauce (half portion) or Braised Fish Maw with Duck Webs will be offered to each guest!
