The Cantonese specialties such as Deep-fried Toast Stuffed with Shrimp and Duck Liver, Sautéed Scallops and Vegetables in Black Truffle Sauce and Steamed Grouper Fillet and Shredded Pork Meat in Lotus Leaf promise to satisfy her palates
