Chef Nicolas has prepared a carefully crafted set of sweets and savouries delicacies to give the guests the opportunity to haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Cherry on the cake, Le Méridien Cyberport partners with Chandon to celebrate love. On this occasion, the elegant spirit brand has launched a new glamourous rosé sparkling packaging bottle.

The fabulous (avec amour) Afternoon Tea starts with savouries including Truffle Brie Cheese, Poached Shrimp Tail, Cauliflower Creamy Mousse, Pan-Fried Foie Gras and Confit Green Apple Mini Burger.

Celebrating love requires delicious and tasteful ingredients, magnified by a harmonious presentation. The (avec amour) Afternoon Tea succeeds in this mission with sweet and subtle creations such as the Pink Chocolate Dipped Liquor Strawberry, the Passion Fruit Chocolate Cake, and the Green Tea Opera.
